UPDATE: Since my last review post I've had several exchanged e-mails with corporate because my A/C unit went out and it took days for them to fix. Avenue5 owns this property. Look them up and send emails with attached photos of what's wrong with your unit. Should it have to come to that no but is it necessary, YES. Almost all of my maintenance issues have been fixed days after that, the major ones at least.

If you plan on staying here, which I advise you don't. Make sure you park correctly because you'll be paying about 300 dollars to a tow company just for parking backwards even if you have the sticker in the window of your car (which indicates you stay there). We were never told not to park backwards, no warning or anything. Plus the complex just looks good in the front to attract, the rest is complete trash. They don't fix anything you put a request in for, and the complex manager claims she told you something but she never did.

I have realized you pay for what you get! Apartment size is great! That’s the only pro I have! Now the cons , like all places rent should be paid on time and that is understandable, but not fixing things when theres a maintenance request completed is my biggest problem! I have so much mold in my apartment it’s making us sick! Plus other things that should have been compiled long ago! The Rosemonts are dirty and trashy. You can never get anything fixed. And they will lose your paperwork. Bad experience.

The limited visitor parking spaces are beyond terrible and inconsiderate especially when there are plenty of spots that aren’t marked for visitors that are NEVER completely filled. I nor anyone shouldn’t have to leave from visiting family and friends after driving over an hour to visit and can’t stay because of worrying about my car being towed for trying to spend time with loved ones! I can understand not parking under the covered parking spots that people pay for that’s cool but all the other open spots that could be used should be open to everyone or at least create more visitor spots

Unprofessional! Visited this place and they locked the doors early, the worst part is that maintenance advised that they were open but the doors were locked and you could clearly see the employees through the window. The maintenance man had to wait for the person (who was trying to come into the office) to leave before the office staff would open the door... People have to have more integrity!

Let me start by saying I am apart of the pandemic, I have found a job now and is playing catch up so yes I owe a balance. The absolute worst, been here 5 years. When I first moved here it was very nice.A couple of years ago it sold and has been going down hill every since. It doesn't matter if you live here your car will be towed.
