Very nice apartment, the upkeep is very good. Although, I moved in these apartments early January and I’ve only had bad experiences being here. Parking is limited! They will tell u to park in some areas and then have your car towed with out any communication or explanations and when u ask them about it they will only tell u they did not verbally say that. Visitor parking is not clearly marked. After hour services are poor! Office communication with tenets are POOR! They have switched management twice within 6month. Bugs are everywhere it takes them months to come fix any problems. Communication

The Leasing Office Staff is very unconcerned and unresponsive to tenant complaints and safety issues. There have been several reports of standing water on the sidewalks impeding safe access for seniors and disabled residents and guests to and from the parking lot. This is a hazardous situation that occurs every time it rains and is going unresolved with the Creekwood Place Owner and Staff.

I was in the market for an apartment and went by this facility on both dry and rainy days. On dry days, there were excessive amounts of kids running around under the age of 8-10 without adult supervision. On the raining days, there is water pooling in areas to get to and from the apartment, a true health and safety issue. I opted to find a location in DeSoto.

Horrible management team. Please look elsewhere. The previous management refused to remove disruptive tenants that several tenants in our building constantly called the police for. Loud children run amok throughout the complex. We specifically asked to be place by a quiet portion of the complex, and the Assistant Manager at the time, whom shall remain unnamed, lied and said that where we were staying would be quiet. She left not long after I moved in, laughing about the fact that children were disrupting my daytime sleeping pattern and that she wanted to see the look of astonishment on my face
