The property is beautiful and always kept in pristine condition. The maintenance staff is very helpful and makes any necessary repairs in a timely fashion. The ladies in the office couldn't be any better. Anytime I need something from them, they never fail to deliver. I have lived on the property for a little over 2 years, I love it here!

I relocated from NY in march 2021. I checked other customers feedback on this apartment then applied an signed lease. I never saw this place before moving in. My move in date was same as my relocation date from NY. Surprisingly, when i came, i was not disappointed. Apartment was ready, neat & cleaned. New Toilet bowl. The compound is very clean, no noise, quiet neighbors. Secure location. I love this place and will renew my lease

So far so good I must say. It's much appreciated as some Apartment staff are rude and curt. I appreciate the effort the staff put in to assist me with what works for me however I wish I wish they were a little more clear about what cost applies to what fee because I was hit with a surprise Admin fee that I didnt plan for because I wasnt aware of the extra cost from the beginning. I thought I was paying admin free and application fee at the same time, not a holding deposit and application fee. All in all it was worth the move to this area. The Apartments are nice looking, its quiet and I feel right

I love living here! Ms. LeShae is very professional and friendly. Easy to talk to. She helped us complete our application online when we could not figure out how to do it. Always has a smile on here face. Ms. Erica the manager , is always approachable and friendly. Both have an open door policy. They make you feel like you matter. The maintainable staff is print and efficient with work orders. The place is very well maintained.
