Masks and gloves are required for all people entering a home for a showing. If you're unable to obtain a mask and gloves, please let us know prior to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. You MUST submit a rental application form for EACH renter who will be living in the apartment or house that you are applying for.

We're happy to provide you with a FREE rental analysis. We take pride in making sure your property is taken care of by doing frequent drive-bys to inspect your property's exterior. Coming from Pflugerville Texas was a hell of move. Thankfully Kelly helped my family and I while we were still in Texas. We made a quick trip to Oregon to see the city and the rental in person. Kelly helped with all the documents and even left us a little gift when we moved in. Thankful we went with her when we made the move. One less thing to stress about. It's been a great two years living out here, wouldn't have changed a thing.

I was ready to sign on the spot for a rental. They asked me for an ESA letter for my dog, which I could not get within a 24 hour window. I was working and seeing patients, I know lame excuse. They canceled my application on the spot. Communication was horrible throughout the whole process, their phone line sends you straight to voicemail, and then when they finally did call me, their office line was so garbly we couldnt communicate and they had to call me on their personal phone.
