The service and staff at the Pain and Rehab Center is unparalleled. They were always empathetic to my situation and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Clergy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even the ambience of the office was welcoming and you didn’t mind being there.

I recently had work done at the Southeast DC office after a car accident. My experience was great because they have late hours which works with my work schedule. The office staff is very nice and Dr. Clerge is very understanding and makes sure that he takes care of your needs.

I was suffering from chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. I had tried over the counter pain relievers, warm compresses and massage therapy but the relief was only temporary. I was referred to Pain and Rehab center in DC to try chiropractic work. I was assessed by Dr. Clerge who recommended a treatment plan consisting of spinal adjustments, physical therapy and dry needling. I had never heard of dry needling but he informed me that it is a type of acupuncture that specifically treats muscle pain and tension.

I was in a Accident on March 10, 2016 and was referred here by my lawyer for a same day appointment. When I first arrived I was welcomed by the most friendly staff I've seen in a long time. The office was clean and neat, the doctor took his time and explained all the services I would be receiving due to my neck and back injury. I would definitely recommend their office to my friends and family!!! Keep up the excellent work!

I got referred here by my accident lawyer. Everyone on their staff is so nice and always greets you with a smile :) One thing I especially like is that you dont have to make an appt, you just come in. And I always get called back within 1-5 minutes, if not immediately!

I had strained my left lumbar muscle and had came to Dr. Nesly, the staff is amazing and great at there job. They treat well and get you back to 100% in no time. I'm feeling better then I have in the past 2 weeks before coming to pain & rehab. The masseuse is great really loosens up the tight muscles, the physical therapist is great as well he's helped me in my recovery in a great way, and lastly Dr. Nesly is great, he knows what he's talking about and runs a great staff. Over the past six months I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Clerge; and his staff as an Externship provider for our Medical Administrative Assistant program. It is with no reservation I must say that Dr. Clerge is an excellent Chiropractor with a superior level of knowledge, and expertise in his field. I came here to get a DOT Physical. The doctor opened his office early so we could find a time that worked for my schedule. The office is a bit cramped and the doctor took calls twice during the physical, but overall the process was fairly efficient and both the doctor and his staff were friendly and flexible. It was odd that they did not accept cards and required me to pay cash for the physical, but I would recommend this place to others who need a physical done.
