I called at 4:45 pm on Friday afternoon. Even though he was going on vacation he dropped by before going home. Completd the inspection and sent the completed inspection to me before leaving on his trip

Upon receiving my report I was shocked at all he doesn’t inspect. Landscape lighting, stand well tank and pump just a few. He walked around house checking outlets and faucets. My niece could do that.
Upon taking possession of the home I was shocked to find the reverse osmosis system was inoperable. The heat pump wasn’t checked . Several switches on walls had tape on them. Didn’t bother with those either. I hope he is a good Marine Captain. Homes ain’t his thing.
