The most common of all the inspections that we are asked to complete, a buyer's Pre-purchase home inspection is performed as part of a real estate purchase. It is conducted adhering to standards published by the State of Florida and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The goal of the inspection is to provide a report of all observable issues found in a home.
Its' purpose is to determine the existence of specific features of a given structure's construction that will help strengthen it in the event of strong Wind Mitigation such as those of a Hurricane. We are very pleased with how professional, thorough, inexpensive, and prompt our inspection was with TruSpek. I can not recommend Mike enough. He was thorough, answered every question, and gave us a real sense that he was inspecting it just as thoroughly and with as much care as if it was his own place. He was not just checking off boxes. He showed us what was good and bad and the severity of each issue when there was one, and gave us a chance to understand. He was honest, helpful, and friendly. I had every bit of confidence leaving the experience that we knew exactly what kind of shape the house was in. I would recommend him to anyone, any time, anywhere. And on top of all that, the price was incredible

I'll start this by saying I was purchasing my first home, so this entire process was new to me and Michael B. made everything so easy. I utilized this company's services for my new construction, pre-closing inspection. First, they responded the same day I contacted them and second, we were able to set up the appointment within the necessary timeframe, which they worked out with the builder and my sales agent. They communicated via email, my preferred form and sent text reminders. They explained every step and made it very simple from my end. The report was available via email the

I just want to say 100% legit totally worth the inspections of everything this guy does
We did general, mold testing, 4 point, WDO, and another inspection.
Out the door with military discount was less than a regular general inspection with 1 more addition with any other company.
He takes his time, he actually cares and does an amazing job, I do a lot of inspections in the military in my field. And this guy was pretty much neck and neck to how I do my inspections.
So hands down best inspector for houses.
He included a colorful great quality detail pictures in his report, and my inspection report

We used Michael for two inspections and will definitely use him in the future. He always was on time, professional and very knowledgeable regarding the home construction process. Once the inspection is completed a very detailed report was sent to us and he was always available to answer our questions.
