After carefully inspecting each structure Tom not only provided a complete report - photos included - he toured me through the structures to personally show and explain his findings. For your information, the digital photo you took of the crack in the wall was very revealing. I told our real-estate agent how happy we were with your inspection, and thanked her for recommending you.
Once again I must say thank you so much for all the work you've done to make our inspection, repairs and final inspection flawless. I really appreciate all you have done. My mom said it wonderfully, "what a complete report!" and she was equally impressed with the follow-up report. I will certainly refer you when ever I have an opportunity.
Getting a home inspected before you go to closing is the best way to ensure that the home is safe. There can be serious flaws even in homes that appear to be in beautiful condition. Setting up a professional home inspection will save you money, educate you about your home and provide you some much-needed peace of mind.
