It’s hard having people you don’t know in your house- especially after/during covid. This company is very professional, I had to reschedule- easy as pie.
Brad was pleasant, easy , thorough-and non obtrusive. Basically painless.
The cost was very reasonable, and the report was in my in box the next day.

Brad and Jennifer worked efficiently, professionally, and empathetically to inspect our new build prior to closing. They demonstrated efficiency by completing a 2600 square-foot home inspection in less than four hours and taking high-quality photos that were presented in the report less than 24 hours later! I had all of my questions answered either on site or via phone consultation, and they both shared in my excitement for The near completion of our home. They have a great eye for cosmetic adjustments, as well. Working with them was seamless, and I would recommend them without reservation to others

I don't normally write reviews but after working with Brad and First Light Home Inspections, I have to let others know about our great experience with this company. We are purchasing a home in the Vilano Beach area and live out of state. We researched home inspection companies and felt like we could really trust Brad and Jennifer. After talking with Jennifer on the phone I felt like Brad would be perfect for this property. The report is very detailed with high quality pictures. Excellent, family-owned and operated home inspection company. Brad and Jennifer are both wonderful people who really take their time to do whatever they can for their customers. They communicate everything with you, throughout the entire process. Very friendly and very professional. Brad did a fantastic job with the actual inspection. He really took his time, and left no detail unchecked, explaining everything as he went along.
