This place is horrible. Will never go back again. If you have kids don't take them here. The dentist is rude and treats her staff very poorly. You will be waiting at least 1 hr to be seen. And the dentist throws stuff at her staff and screams at them. Extremely unprofessional. How are people like this able to work in health care? If you hate your job do something else. I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible.

DO NOT go to this dentist! I took my oldest son to get a check up here and found he had cavities. So I ok'ed the work to be done on his mouth. The female dentist that started the work didn't wait until his mouth was numb before drilling. The worst thing was that she started work grinding down his tooth before her x-rays reloaded. In the middle of grinding down his tooth she tells me she can't finish the work because he now needs oral surgery. So I used my wonderful Oral surgeon we have used in the past. He and the orthodontist both stated that my son didn't need a crown and

Very unprofessional. Cancelled work and hauled my three kids in for a cleaning, after rescheduling a couple weeks ago, and after taking my girls to the back, they then came out and told me that they just realized with my insurance they couldn't do the cleanings because I was supposed to be scheduled 6 months from my last cleaning (which is one week away July 30th) Unbelievable. Like they couldn't figure that out before I came in, or when I called to reschedule 2 weeks ago. Not going back

My experience for an exceptional customer experience in the dental profession includes office cleanliness, a smile when I walk into the office, open honest conversation with the Dr about treatment needed, attentive front office staff, and an office manager who will take the time to explain the treatment plan in detail with models. Would I recommend this office to others in my family? Definitely. I will be returning in September to finish my daughter's treatment.

Called today to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was the most rude sarcastic person I have ever had to deal with over the phone. I explained that if my insurance didn't cover whatever excess work I may have to have done I would pay out of pocket, however she was insisting that I provide my other insurance that may or may not be active. I told her my other insurance was Tricare however I just finalized my divorce and it would be inactive soon if not already . She smacks her lips and says I must not understand what she's saying ... Obviously I don't especially when I agreed

This has got to be one of the most inexperienced, WORSE dentist office I've been to lately. The receptionist & dentist seemed friendly but the woman taking the x-rays DID NOT know what the hell she was doing & took them SEVERAL times, it made me want to barf. And the worst is that she said I HAD to have them done. NEVER AGAIN.
