The management is terrible. Just as I thought I am finally done with this place and moved out, they still try to give me a hard time. First of all, no refund of security deposit and no correspondence whatsoever regarding the move out process. Then 6 months later I received a letter from a collection agency for additional charges, is that how you treat your former tenants who never missed a rent payment and thoroughly cleaned the appointment before he moved out? I deserve an explanation, and for those are looking for a place to live in the downtown area, think again before you sign the contract

If you want your packages signed for by the leasing office AND THEN stolen, then this is the place to be! And when you go into the leasing office to get “signed for package” that was “left at rental office” and you get yelled at by a person sitting at the desk with their bare feet just resting upon their desk...I don’t know how anyone that works here is proud. Theft, lack of customer service is unreal.

Gorgeous apartments and I loved the area but management is fully incompetent and none of the staff ever have all the information. There were 3 top down flooding situations in our 4 months living here. Our apartment had damage when we moved in that we were assured they would fix and they never did. And our washing machine broke and had standing water but never got fixed either. Also $150 for parking for residents is absurd.
(Edit: they also turn on the heat 24/7 at the end of summer and end of winter. It gets unbearably hot and ther was never any info sent out about it)

It is in a nice location, very convenient to many restaurants, stores, and other essential places. Great price too. There's been problems since moving in though. Some of the appliances keep breaking. One guy came to the apartment who was fulfilling a work order to clean the carpet of the apartment. That should've been done before my roommate and I moved in. So this was how we found out the apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. Very disappointing! We also reported issues with cold air drafting in from the windows two weeks ago. A work order got sent in but nothing has been done

I’m going on my third year of being a resident here and I’m really regretting renewing my lease. This past few months things have gone from small inconveniences to constant mismanaged service issues. One of my building’s three elevators hasn’t worked in months, the lobby alarm constantly is on & ringing for days at a time, and now there’s something else ringing from the area behind my apartment, also for days on end. When my washer broke and flooded water in my apartment the office staff NEVER updated me on when someone was coming to fix it or if it was completed, I had to constantly

***update!*** elevators in our building have been unlicensed for a full month now. Also the entire apartment complex was sent a letter threatening legal action due to cannabis smells in the hallways. I truly wish there were a way out of this lease but they screw you from every angle. This is the biggest waste of money for an apartment. The office is extremely mismanaged. 4 packages of mine were stolen from the “secure” mail room (an amenity they are so proud of) and I can see why: there is never anyone at the front desk and the poor security guard needs more help. 0 climate control in the apartment

The other reviews are on point. There are much nicer apartments only two blocks away for the same price and much more updated. Mice issues caused me to leave this apartment complex after only one year. Outside of the complex is not safe, routine maintenance issues go unnoticed, appliances are old, leasing staff not helpful, thin walls, and an overall poor experience renting from this apartment building. Upon move out, they didn't send me an itemized list of damages and charged an extra 700 to my amount 18 days after move out (3 days after the portal closes down on you so that you cannot see the

All negative reviews on here are accurate and then some, there are similarly priced apartments close by, no reason to live here. There is no responsiveness to any complaints, and when there are responses they are incomplete and inadequate. There was a flood in our apartment when we moved in due to other apartments around us backing up into our kitchen sink. So it was an issue caused by the complex. Our cabinets have been warped, molded, and mildewed since August when the issue happened. We are repeatedly told "they are working on it," come to find out that their contractor is equally incompetent

This used to be a nice place to live. That management change 3 times in the last year. Looks like very new employee that they bring are worse than the one before. The manager is never in the office every time I go to ask for her, she is at lunch for the rest of the day. The new people in the office treat you like they are doing you a favor. It’s getting horrible. Please bring Justin and Joshua back. Also the trash is always overflow, the elevators smells like dog urine and this place is LOUD
