We have been robbed. We pay $150 per car to park in the "secure" parking garage. Place is equipped with cameras and everything. Well some how I had a car parked in the 8th floor, top parking floor, and a car in the basement, bottom parking floor, BOTH broken into. How is it that possible!?! It would be one thing if it was quick on one floor and then they left but these people had all the time in the world to go from the bottom floor all the way to the top floor breaking into cars. Our space, our peace of mind, our sense of security has all been violated. I have told the management team

Really poor management team that makes the nice features and amenities not worth it. they threatened to file a lawsuit against me for possession when i complained about their customer service. i have lived here two years and never missed a rent payment and this is how they treated me. really unfortunate experience.

This is by far the best apartment building in Baltimore. The building is maintained spotless with a very professional staff. The staff will make sure anything you need is taken care of at all times. The amenities are amazing and great to have as well. The move in process was seamless and had no stress involved. Beyond happy to live in an amazing community.

Really nice apartment community. Lots of professionals from the medical and legal field. Everyone looks out for each other and there are events that keep us connected. I purposely chose a Bozzuto community because I had heard that they are very health oriented so, I'm looking forward to more "health related" events that are coming soon.

Beautiful views. Went here for a networking event that was on the rooftop. This is a nice place to host an event or party. It's very spacious and has a pool, bar, tables, chair, sofas for your convenience. There is someone at the front desk that checks you in so no random people pop up at your event that wasn't invited.
