I currently live in one of the apartments here. Me and my fiancé were ready for a bigger apartment and chose to look here. They have a two bedroom apartment available, my fiancé signed a lease agreement for us to move in Saturday January 15th. We were supposed to pick up the keys between open hours 10am-4pm. My fiancé is a nurse and just worked overnight and we were driving around to get the money order and tools for our move. No one was here to give us keys to our new apartment. We went to see if they possibly could have left the door open instead of keys and to our surprise it was open. We

My name is Alfredo and I am from Massachusetts currently living in Baltimore In redwood. This is day 5 of after a agreement was signed by my fiancée and redwood management that is managed by Kettler Management. We have got in touch with one of the building managers, James and the regional manager from Kettler management. On Saturday , January 15th the office was opened from 10am-5pm. Absolutely no one was available to us or contacted us the day of the moving. Another one of the leasing managers lives on the same floor as us. Supposedly there was a emergency Saturday January 15th that did not allow

My heat has been broken for 3 days now! I called and emailed maintenance to fix it, but the issue was not resolved! I woke up early in the morning because I felt like I was freezing (see pic). Called and emailed them to come again, and no response. Currently the temperature of my apartment is STILL 62 degrees.

I’ve been living at The Redwood for a few months and as soon as I met Sabrina she’s been a asset to the company. She’s very knowledgeable and understanding about what’s going on with the property. She goes out her way to assist me right down to the smallest detail. She great. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful person.

The location of the Redwood is great, but unfortunately that's the only positive thing I can say at this point. After being a resident here for 2 years, I can't wait to get out. Our unit was not ready when we came to move in (cleaners showed up at 10:30PM the night before, the carpets were still wet). The apartments are cheaply made (there are crooked outlets, the carpets in the bedrooms are warped, our kitchen drawer has collapsed three times). The management here are not only unhelpful, but also extremely rude. They will not hesitate to file late payment notices without more than 24 hour warning

I've lived here since June now and can say it is my favorite place I have lived so far. My apartment is so spacious and cozy! The views are great and the building has so many amenities like free printing and a gym, that really come in handy. My favorite part of living here is definitely the friendly people who work at the front desk, they make my day!
