Had a horrible experience applying here. The runaround they gave me ultimately pushed me to decide not to live here. The staff clearly had minimal understanding of their own requirements for renters applications and made the entire experience unpleasant. After reading other reviews with similar experiences and unhappy residents, I know I made the right decision to get out when I could! (Didn't sign a single thing but sent debt collectors for a security deposit on an apartment I hadn't even asked for)

Did not have a positive experience at Harbor Hill. Moved in when the previous property manager (Tracy) was here, and she was phenomenal (which explain the older positive reviews). Shortly after the new management came, it was nothing less than a nightmare. The new management is lethargic and indifferent to our needs and problems. Turnaround for basic maintenance work is over three days. Stolen packages and lack of security is not adequately addressed. Infact it’s met with a blank stare and shrug. It’s unfortunate because the apartments are beautiful. We thankfully moved out and would not rent

The apartments are beautiful but expensive. The property manager present when I moved in over a year ago was an angel, but since then a larger company took over and they are just awful to work with. They have been passive aggressive, do not communicate effectively, and do not care about residents. For the same cost you can rent a rowhome, I’d recommend that instead!

I cannot say enough great things about Tracy and Harbor Hill Apartments. My husband and I lived there for 4 years and wouldn't change a thing. The only reason we moved was to buy our first home and Tracy even made sure the transition went smoothly. The apartment complex is safe, spacious and beautiful. The amenities of free coffee, a business center, gym and huge roof deck are enough to make anyone want to life there year after year. There's also parking and storage units available so basically you're covered with anything you might need. And does it get any better than taking your morning coffee

Harbor Hill is a great place to live in Fed. I have rented from multiple management companies all over the US and I must say Tracy, the property manager, is by far the best and most attentive property manager I have dealt with. There is a reason this place is always 100% leased out. Highly recommend Tracy and Harbor Hill!

I lived in this wonderful apartment for two years. I cannot speak highly enough of the Property Manager Tracy - she is outstanding. They really care about you and every suggestion is taken seriously by her team. Wonderful place to live! Outstanding location and great people. Definitely five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Everyone at this building has been so wonderful. My boyfriend lives at this building and while I have been looking for a new home, I stayed here for a total of about 3 months.
The staff here are unbelievably kind and helpful. If you are thinking about moving here, but just aren’t sure if it’s right, just trust me. Go here and visit.
Tracy, the manager, is so attentive, and she picks up on very often overlooked details. And she is always smiling and doing fun little things for the residents here.

Beautiful building in an amazing location. My apartment is huge compared to others in this area around the same price range and having parking in a gated garage is priceless for this area. Nice sized gym with modern machines and the rooftop deck is absolutely stunning. Moving in was so easy. The property manager Tracy is an angel whom made sure we were happy at every step in the process.

Best of the Best. I have lived here for more than 2 years and I can say that the management is quick and swift in every aspect. Beautiful place with well maintained smell free gym 24/7; rooftop is like a 5star new york city outdoor club. I have done plenty of apartment search and none beats the cleanliness, management's resolution of resident query and concerns. mail and amazon delivery is very easy and residents do not have to goto office to pick it up at specific times, it is 24/7 access. The Carlyle apartments is a big family that celebrates all holidays!
