I've shopped with treasures for over 6 years. They have also been my go to place for a gift for my wife or something nice for my self. Rather I wanted to spend $1000 for an everyday gift or something into the 5 figure range I've always been satisfied with the drip that I've received from them. I once spent $1200 on a pendant for my wife and it was impressive you would have thought I spent a lot more.

And also they color treat their diamonds, so buyer beware that yellow stone might not be the natural stones color, get even the littlest thing appraised for treasures and I guarantee everything I stated in my review is factual bases, definitely not a competitor just a disappointment customer and everyone needs to know of the shady business that's going on with the situation at hand.

Came in to have some links removed from a new watch and was greeted by a few friendly staff members. They assisted my right away and took their time to ensure they knew what I wanted. I waited in their nicely decorated seating area and they had the job done faster than expected. Very happy with the experience here and would recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area looking for a fine jewelry store.

I walked into Treasures on a Saturday afternoon around 11:45. The store was relatively busy, but I noticed the Security guard assured me that someone would be right with me.
I brought in my husband's watch, needing repair. A simple battery change and a missing pin that attached the watch strap.
Soon after arriving, I was helped by Samir. He had a very pleasant demeanor and was eager to assist. I explained what I needed repaired on the watch, and he assured me that they would take care of me, with just a short wait. I completely understood, and prepared to wait in the front where there

This business makes purchasing custom, high-end, conflict-free diamonds a total breeze. My husband was able to design a perfect engagement ring having zero idea what he was doing and in a time crunch because of how incredible the owners and salespeople are. They were able to make his proposal plans come true without a hitch. We went back to purchase wedding bands and yet again had a fantastic experience (and they even resized and rebuilt his band numerous times until they were comfortable with the size and quality of their work - they never got mad with his ever-changing finger size thanks to wedding

My fiancée purchased my engagement ring here and I absolutely love it. They did an amazing job designing it and guiding him through the process, and we both LOVE the end result! I recently purchased diamond hoop earrings, an engagement ring, and a wedding band from Treasure's and can't speaking highly enough of the experience. First, the quality of the stones they select is exceptional. The stones that I saw at Treasures were notably better than what other jewelers had shown me, and less expensive. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and went the extra mile to make that happen. I've since referred 2 of my friends who also had a great experience.

The Treasures Jewelry Team is simply the best!! They took care of me in minutes, as I walked in over during my lunch break. When Kay turned me away because of the brand of watch I had, Treasures Jewelers fixed my watch and took out some links in a matter of 3 minutes. They are great people, down-to-Earth and friendly. Their location at The Roosevelt Collection in Chicago is superb and so there is no reason not to get all your Jewelry needs done here at Treasures. Go watch a movie at The Icon, grab a pair of shoes at H & M and get that new watch sized up or a nice necklace for your loved ones

This store has beautiful and timeless pieces of jewelry. I’ve been shopping with Ali for 3 or 4 years now and he is the best. Ali is very nice, attentive, reasonable and extremely patient and has good taste himself. I put all my trust in Ali when shopping.

Treasures is our jeweler for life. We've purchased an engagement ring, two wedding bands and diamond stud earrings from here. Ali is our guy, he's super patient and knowledgeable. We decided on a wedding band for my fiancé, it fit the day we bought it but when we can to pick it up his finger had swelled and it no longer was comfortable. Turns out he needed a special 1/8th size, they worked with us bit by bit until it fit perfect. They have shipped us jewelry when we needed it out of town and the pricing is ALWAYS fair.

I visited Treasures to get the battery in my Fossil watch changed. With the Yelp $10 off coupon it was only $15 and the jeweler replaced the battery within 10 minutes while I waited. They also informed me that the battery has a one year warranty which is a great perk! Overall it was a great experience. Very efficient and helpful.

This place was great when I was in a bind. I waited until a few days before my wedding to get my engagement ring resized after the original place I went to didn't size it down all the way. I dropped my ring off in the morning and had it back before the store closed at the end of the day. It was very reasonably priced also!

My first visit here was fine (I had a silver piece dipped in gold). On my second visit, I bought a thin gold necklace that broke two days later. When I went back to the store to exchange it for a stronger, thicker chain the associate wanted me to pay $20 because I did not have the clasp. I wanted to get another chain and just pay the difference. I don't find this policy responsible and I don't like how he responded. I'd rather get that one repaired somewhere else or buy another one somewhere else. That interaction rubbed me the wrong way.

I am beyond thrilled at the work the team at Treasures did for me on the engagement ring I got for my fiancé!! I live in Atlanta, GA and worked directly with Shams to design a beautiful custom piece. He educated me on the various Diamond traits and suggested the key areas I should focus on to get the best looking diamond for my money. First off, great people and great service. My fiancé and I spent quite a while in the store and the guy that assisted us was Haris, who had so much patience while answering all our questions and while picking my wedding ring.
