So far, i've only met Dianara and my experiences have all been positive. Her professionalism and overall efficiency make communicating pleasant and easy. We receive updates for any changes in hours / operations and they handle maintenance requests in a timely fashion. They also occasionally arrange recreational activities for the residents (something you really don't get with the owner-to-tenant relationship.) Great company + great staff = HAPPY CUSTOMER!! 😊

I can’t say enough about Income Realty, we contracted them to manage my parents home during a stressful move in the middle of covid. They were responsive, caring and professional. I have been with Income Realty for the past 5 years. These five years have been the most stress-free, and , drama-free time since the 15 year rental of this property.
Coleen, David and the staff are very quick to respond to tenants and management issues in a timely and professional manner.
My only regret? I wish I had moved and secured and locked my Property Management Agreement with Income Realty sooner.

Great all the way around! I have struggled so much with tenants that I just wanted to sell and give up. My place was destroyed and the constant hassle of dealing with invoicing just was too much. David and Colleen jumped in to help and they were so knowledgeable and AMAZING! It was like a "set it and forget it." Hey everyone, I think a one star is a bit too generous for this company and specially the manager Colleen.
I am a realtor and deal with people every hour of everyday. But this experience was just the worst. I asked Colleen if I could call her and of course she said no. I asked Colleen if she could please let me know if anyone else was applying so we wouldnt lose the application money. She said there was no way of her knowing and when I asked who I could speak with in regards to that she said "no one".
The listing agent Ruben, never answered his phone, text messages nor the emails I sent hime

After a week of complying with rental protocols. we thought we would be able to move in on the 1st of November.Unfortunately, we where informed that the owners did not want to proceed with the rental contract without giving us an explanation. Our financials are fine, our credit is fine, our criminal records are fine. The least we expected was a reason for the no. Unfortunately, we have no answer. By the way, our current landlord was contacted and now we have no where to live on the first of November.

If I could give Colieen a negative 1 I would. My realtor contacted her. She showed the home to us. I then brought my significant other to look at property because I was interested in it. My realtor gave Colieen significant info regarding us and who we were as my husbands info should be exempt so I would rather not give everything if this wasn't going to work. Her reply was very dry and said we must apply before negotiating a price. Which the application is $55. No other realtor said this to us as we are aggressively looking for a rental. The point of this was if she isn't coming down
