The manager as well as the property staff were all incredibly patient, knowledgeable and polite. They took their time to answer all of the questions I had and never once did I feel like I was being rushed. While I was there I had the opportunity to observe the staff handle several other clients, which ranged from future residents to their current residents. Every interaction was consistent and I could tell they were being genuine. I don't often leave reviews (this is my second review that I've ever left in my life), but the staff at Oaks at Canterbury Apartments definitely earned it.
