Jim is the founder of Body Physics Fitness and the co-founder of The Haddonfield Martial Arts Academy. He began personal training at a central New Jersey health club while attending college. As part of his degree requirements, Jim completed an internship at the Health and Wellness Center for Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceuticals.

In 2005, Body Physics was one of the first in the area to introduce fitness boot camps. Give your athlete the advantage of speed strength and experience. Our staff and advisory board includes: National Champions, State Champions, All-Americans, Martial Arts Black Belts, and Team Coaches. Our programs have been utilized by professional athletes, collegiate athletes from all divisions, national champions, high school and youth athletes.
Building the Base guides young athletes through age appropriate workouts that will prepare them for the next level of competition. It provides a blueprint to safely lay the foundation on which to build a balanced young athlete. When we create a stronger more physically aware person, we create a better athlete.

I would highly recommend Body Physics as much for it's customer service and friendliness as I would for the various programs they offer. I've gone to a few gyms in my life but have never felt as comfortable as I do at this one. The staff couldn't be any nicer, plus they have a good assortment of machines, weights and classes (from bootcamp to spin) to help you reach your goals. If you're looking for a PT they've got you covered there too...positive, encouraging and able to help you stay on track. Love this gym!

Just came back from Jared's Saturday morning S.W.E.A.T class and feel energized and ready to start my day. The class is always different so you don't get bored with the same old exercises or format and Jared's enthusiasm and "I don't want to hear can't" attitude really makes you feel like you have accomplished something.
