Services
Knockout Boxing & Fitness is the premiere fitness organization in Newark DE, Bel Air MD, and Middletown DE! Established August of 2010, we have been serving the community by providing clients with a complete fitness experience. We utilize Boxing and Kickboxing style training to deliver to the client what other fitness establishments cannot.
We have programs for EVERYONE! Whether you're looking for specific training to advance your boxing skills or you're just looking for a fun new way to do that dreaded cardio, we've got you covered. Stop by any of our gyms and get a class on us! 2 No time slot needed, you will be sent weekly individualized workouts and come in to the gym anytime to complete.
Our Cardio Kickboxing classes are great for those that are looking for fun and fresh ways to efficiently burn 500-1,000 calories in a 45-55 minute class session. Class structure consists of a 10 min warm up (normally Jump Rope, Jogging or Stretching), then 4 minute rounds on the heavy bags with a new combination given every 1-2 minutes, and every 5th minute an active rest movement is used to bring the Heart Rate back down.
Our Personal Training programs are our highest level of service. Whether you are looking for weight loss, conditioning, muscle building, toning, or you want to learn how to box the personal training route will get you there! Available in 30 min and 60 minute sessions, we devise a program based off the individuals goals, availability and budget.
Our Adult Skilled Boxing Program is best for any level of experience or skill level. The skilled boxing program requires no previous experience prior to sign up. Our training sessions are constructed to teach the basic fundamentals of boxing up to the more advanced skills. With our classes you will be taught offensive and defensive tactics, live sparring and intense conditioning.

This is the place to go if you want to get fit. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, Jonathan will help you get there! He really knows his stuff!! Great for beginners and individuals that want to get to the next level. Classes and/or privates are geared towards individual needs. Flexibility in scheduling and plenty of positive reinforcement for everyone.

Brought two of my Boys to Knockout Boxing Bel Air for their first Boxing Experience and lesson. And it was above and beyond what my Wife and I expected they jumped right in and the Instructor was on Point!!! Right into Drills, Handwork and Footwork. Definitely what they needed and signed up for the family plan for 6 Months well worth it from the First experience.

10/10! I joined Knockout in April, and am so far loving everything about it. Whether personal training or cardio classes, you’ll definitely get your workout in! The trainers are so nice and motivating-they push you to your potential but without being rude or mean-along with being flexible with your schedule. I would definitely recommend! Jonathan provides a boxing workshop program for our adults with Down syndrome. His patience, expertise and caring nature are one of a kind. Our individuals love the class, look forward to it every week and are learning so much from the program.
