If I could give a zero star rating I would. My mother and I have been using Findco for over 15 years. Recently we took in my grandmother's diamond to have it mounted into a new ring for my daughter. They told us the diamond was a fake after testing it three times and to toss it away. Said the other small diamonds in the ring were also fakes. Ironically, he made the ring 1992 but argued that he did not. We returned a few days later with the appraisal and his own paperwork from when he made the ring. He tried to blame it on his employee not knowing how to test the diamonds properly. My husband bought

Rafiq will walk through everything that you ask for in cut, clarity, carat and cost. A great place to cut out the middle man and get in on a piece of jewelry you dreamed of. He showed me several diamonds, educated me and made sure I was fully satisfied with my decision to buy. My fiancé could not of been more happy and surprised! The people there are nice and helpful. We received individualized attention and were able to attain all the information we needed before making the decision on what we wanted to purchase. Findco is my one stop shop for all my jewelry needs. I found jewelry I loved designed by Tiffany and Bvlgari and had Findco replicate it with a few changes and it came out perfect. I used them to make my wedding set and they used excellent quality diamonds. Everything I have had them design for me was above and beyond what I expected. My husband bought my engagement ring & band at Findco because our brother in law bought his wife her ring there years ago. When we upgraded my ring we went back to Findco for that as well. Rafiq is fair and will work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Any diamond or jewelry purchased will be thru Findco!

Rafiq helped design my engagement ring and it turned out beautifully. We brought him a photo of what we wanted and he replicated it for us. He and his staff are wonderful. We received a lot of personal attention from everyone each time we visited the store. We have purchased a couple of other pieces of jewelry and also use Findco for jewelry repair and cleaning. You can't beat their prices! A friend recommended Rafiq to us and we have recommended him to others. I am happy that we found out about this store.
