There was a growing need of care in the home. A decision was made to start a practice that delivered care to the homes and communities of the underserved.

Services
True Care Home Therapy offers outpatient physical therapy services that address the function of gross motor skills such as walking, transferring and negotiating stairs. The focus of the therapist is to evaluate and treat individuals who have limitations that can result from injury, progressive diseases, or congenital impairment.
Much of our business is directed towards assisting seniors in their homes and communities. Receiving therapy services in a clinic can be problematic for individuals who have developed cognitive and physical decline. Complications such as risk of falls during transportation and conditions such as emotional stress when a patient is in an unfamiliar environment are alleviated with home therapy.
True Care Home Therapy with Margaret and Jorn have been a blessing to us. Jorn's physical evaluation are thorough and professional which lead to Margaret's carefully planned physical therapy. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable, and her humor brings her clients joy. She plans her therapy sessions carefully to focus on specific needs for each and every client.
