The staff is pleasant, patient and hard working. They make efforts to maintain the premises clean, orderly and safe. The amenities here are great! I liked having the pool open and they even hired lifeguards; not something that I’m used to, but it was a pleasant surprise. The treadmills in the fitness center just got fixed, which is a relief as it’s getting cold and snowy. The sidewalks and parking lots are kept free of snow in the winter. The apartment is nice and maintenance requests have been filled promptly.

Modera has all the assets of your own home without all the responsibility. The park right behind the complex is so convenient,and we love riding our bikes on the bike path. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to ensure a happy, safe, and comfortable living environment for the residents. My daughters' and I are grateful to be living here and to be a part of the Modera Community. There is no place like home!

My husband and I have lived here for over three years. I love the diversity and general friendliness of residents and staff. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. The location is great for young and old. A play park minutes away and bike path just behind the complex. Also great for a shady walk along the tree lined road. A five minute walk to the T station and a small town with much character, restaurants and amenities.

I've lived at Modera Natick for three years. It has been a outstanding experience on so many levels. Smile. I moved from a huge center hall Colonial Brick house in Flushing, NY, to a one bedroom apartment on the third floor of Building 3 in Natick, MA. I felt right at home from day one! Just renewed my lease for another year. YES!

I have chosen different apartments in different states, but I must admit that this is the best I have ever chosen. The entire application process was smooth, and the staff, John and Brain gave full help and explanation. The atmosphere of this community is harmonious, and I found that many elderly regards this community as their retirement location! I enjoy living in this community because of professional management, friendly leasing office, and quick repair service! I hope to live in this community for a long time. Thanks to all the staff for their help!

The Modera Natick Family is an outstanding place to live and enjoy the community experience. We've lived here for almost two years, and without question, the best long-term housing arrangements we have ever had. This complex is the best in the area. Within a very short walking distance from Natick Center commuter station (30 minutes to Boston). We have had great neighbors. Molly and John Matthew are the best and always so helpful. They are incredible!!

I've lived at Modera Natick since October 2015. It has been a beautiful experience. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Being a single father of two and living here has been wonderful.
The times i had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within 24 hours or less.The club house, pool, and gym are also a great amenity. Molly, John, Sean, and the new property manager Bryan have made my living experience here wonderful.
