Home inspections are our only business. We are impartial and work only for you. Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your valuable investment. Your interests are our interests before, during, and after the inspection.
All of our clients are offered free telephone consultation after the inspection. We wholeheartedly encourage you to accompany the inspector during the inspection. The inspection provides an invaluable learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot. You will gain insight into maintenance and energy conservation tailored specifically to your home.

Services
A Better Home Inspection guarantees its clients total satisfaction in providing thorough, high-quality inspections of uncommon value and personalized experience, including an emphasis on deficiencies and code violations. A Bettter Home Inspection is one of only 17 percent of Georgia home inspectors with ICC (International Code Council) certification.
There are many times when an inspection can give you an advantage. If you are buying a home, getting a home inspection means you know about any problems and their solutions before you move in. If you are selling a home, getting a home inspection means you know you are complying with full disclosure laws, and means you can consider selecting contractors rather than waiting for the buyer to do so.
A home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision. Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than six hours, usually between an two or three hours.
Appreciate your report. It was well done and thorough having a 30 page report for a new construction. All the items were addressed thanks to your supporting documentation and I think the builder was a bit surprised at the amount of items. I know the Realtor was impressed with your report and said she may like to recommend your services for buyers of future projects.
Licensing of home inspectors only sets a minimum standard. Much like being up to code, any less would be illegal. Imaginary people, children, psychics (who claim to "sense" if a house is OK) and even pets can be home inspectors. That is why NACHI front-ends its membership requirements. We turn down more than 1/2 the inspectors who want to join because they can't pass our exam or fulfill our membership requirements.

Mario is the inspector that checked our house before we purchased it and he was very detailed in explain each issue and what needs to be done to correct it. He also gave recommendation and general information about some of the systems in the home. We were able to get most of the things addressed that we would never had noticed or known without Mario. He also charged a reasonable price for the size of our home. He also did our plumbing compliance certification as was very helpful working with us to correct issues. He is very knowledgeable I will definitely call him for future inspections and referrals
