Rob Donahue has been in the Real Estate industry since 1990. He started his career in the industry as a licensed Real Estate agent working for a large private company whose services provided residential sales, new construction, and home mortgages. As the real estate market began shifting to buyer agencies and more educated buyers, Donahue sought out opportunities in the home inspection industry.

UPDATE: Excellent company with superb communication. Kathy in the office handled all the details. She was SO helpful and kept us posted continuously, and was very polite and professional. Our inspector, Mitchell, was awesome. Great communication skills! Explained everything to us for both inspections (prey-drywall and final) in an easy to understand way. He was also great answering follow-up questions. The written reports were comprehensive and detailed, with pictures included. Matt inspected a 40 year-old home we have under contract that needs a lot of work. He was very thorough, but efficient, and took the time to talk us through his findings knowing we had some serious angst about the house. He helped us understand which items we should be more concerned about and why. The final report provided some clarity and peace of mind in what is typically a stressful situation. Sure Thing Home Inspections did a great job with our home inspection. We had an extremely tight due diligence window and they were able to fit us in with enough time to get the radon and mold results back. Shout out to Kathy for getting that coordinated. This home inspection was a wonderful experience. They actually answered all my buyers questions and kept very calm even when speaking about some bigger issues. The inspector was very thorough and the report was easy to follow. Being able to get the report on the same day was an added bonus! I recently sold a property that I had owned for several years. Knowing that we wanted to position the house in the best possible light for Buyers, we elected to have the home pre-inspected prior to listing the home.
