Simple booking, quick response, and a fair price. After the inspection was complete Nathan stepped me through each room as well as the yard and was open to any questions I had. He then provided me with a detailed PDF report including suggestions and pictures. You can tell based on his findings that he was very thorough.

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect from a home inspection. Nathan did a great job walking me through the process and the packet that he sent me after showing me around the home was very detailed. Would definitely recommend for first time home buyers.

Highly recommend. Nathan and the Tip Top Home Inspection team were a pleasure to work with. Nathan was professional and diligent during his home inspection, and briefed us on each section of the house as he was performing his inspection. I have worked with a number of inspectors in the past but Nathan really stood out. Professional - check, on-time - check, detailed -check, responsive - check. Not to mention the report was turned around in hours with a call and as much time as I needed to review my follow up questions. In my experience you will not find a better group to work with on a home inspection.

Lana was very responsive and communicative. I went under contract on a home Monday night and she was able to get a home inspector out by Wednesday morning. The home inspector John was very polite, professional and extremely thorough. Even though I bought a condominium and the home inspector needed to only focus on the condo, John went above and beyond and he even looked at common areas and gave assessments on those as well. John’s report arrived in the evening of the same day, was clear to read and extremely detailed. Fantastic home inspection experience!

Nathan was professional, pleasant, thorough and transparent. He communicated everything I needed to know about the home. After his inspection I felt so much more confident in moving forward with purchase. Nathan said he would follow up in a few days in case I had further questions. True to his word he did; and I had quite a few! Nathan answered all my questions without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of using Tip Top Home Inspectors (and Nathan) recently to inspect a new home. I found Nathan to be prompt, thorough but most of all, knowledgeable on the inspection he perform. His report was detailed and went unquestioned from the builder.
