James is a down to earth kind of guy. He is very thorough and knowledgeable on all aspects of the inspection.

Never check the 2 ovens in the house, never opened one window out of 20, said the filters on the AC were dirty but the filters are naturally a gray color and were just changed 3 weeks ago. Told the buyer to check the soil under the garage for moisture test because the garage has 4 hairline cracks. To many bad inspector in this business.

Mark and his team did not miss an item, big or small. I even followed up with a Contractor relationship, and they confirmed DS Murphy’s work to hold the utmost quality and thoroughness — no stone left unturned. Would use them again and again.

James Foster was the inspector for our first home. I met him to go through the house. He was thorough and knowledgable on all aspects of the inspection. He allowed me to follow along through the process and provided me with helpful knowledge I was able to use in the negotiation. Overall a great experience.
