My family has lived in Santa Barbara since 1915 and we have owned many well known local businesses over the generations. Before getting into real estate I had run various businesses and am happy to have been able to pass that down to my children. My husband and I were high school sweethearts but have known each other since attending La Colina Jr. High.
I love working with my clients so I don't pass you off to an assistant. When you decide to work with me, you get to work with me. My assistants are there to assist me with background tasks so I have more time to work with you. I have generations worth of local knowledge, years of experience, and a very effective network that can save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful an experience we had with Louise as our realtor. She knows the market, knows how to price your home to get a great response and gave excellent advise on what we needed to do to get our home ready to show. We live in CO so we had to rely on Louise to step up and assist with meeting everyone involved in the process: painters, carpet installers, inspectors, appraisers and the list goes on. She never complained about the extra work she had with us being out of state and always had a happy caring demeanor. She contacted us daily throughout the entire process.

Louise and I are from different brokerages in different counties. My parents live in her county and wanted to sell their Montecito estate. I felt the best representation I could give them was a solid realtor in their area.
