1-on-1 training ensures that you get the attention and coaching that you need for maximum results. If you have ailments, specific body goal. Small Group Weight Training is designed to build your entire physique, strength wise, and improve your overall performance. This program a. Body Blast classes are complete & full body workouts, targeting your full body with strength, cardio, plyometrics, and resistance training.
Since the workout sessions aren't done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like. We're all busy. You don't want to have to coordinate schedules with someone who trains in a gym across town, or rush to and from work to get to the gym. Another bonus is that many online workouts contain a lot of body weight exercises, which can be completed at home.

I have been going to personal training with Shawntelle at SBT fitness for three years! Before Shawntelle my commitment to exercise was non existent and I was 50 pounds overweight! Today I am 30 pounds less and my Fitbit says I have excellent cardio fitness for my age. At 64 years old and newly retired this investment in my health is one of my most important budget expenses! I've been going here for almost two years now. I've never been to spinning classes anywhere that played such good music! It's always a good time and a great workout. The instructors are great, and I get to work out with nice people. I keep coming back for my health, the friends I make here, and because I leave happy. The workouts are challenging, but that's what I need, especially when I sit all day at work. Shawntell, Kim, and Yolanda are the best!!

Love this place so far! I took advantage of their deal to try your first class free, and immediately started a membership for one month of unlimited classes afterwards. I haven't tried the morning sessions yet, but I love the 7:30 Body Blast Tempo class! Kim is great--super down to earth, welcoming, and keeps the class fun with her music selection. The class size is perfect for me and the facility is close to where I live. Also, parking is a breeze. What more could you ask for?

I have been spinning at SBT Fitness for over 3 years and unfortunately am moving out of the area. All of the instructors are awesome, they have great play lists that are fun and really keep you energized and motivated. I always had great workouts and will miss the class and all of the wonderful instructors and other women that attended the class that I grew to know over the years. Whenever I am in the area I will definitely drop in for a class.

Shawntel is awesome! I went for a spinning class at 6 am and it was totally worth it. Spinned to Old school jams and really got our seat on. In addition to the spinning we used small hand weights to do some arm and chest exercise. This is not the typical spin class where you speed up and slow down, this class has various intervals that gets the juices pumping. Shawntel is really a great instructor because she pushes you to do the best you can.

I love going to a gym that is exclusively personal training.
-Machines are available
-No gawking eyes
-No long-winded conversations
-No nasty bathrooms
-No rude staff
-One on one training for effective workouts

Shawntell is a great trainer who is clearly passionate about her craft. She trains, motivates and encourages, and leads by example through her videos, pictures and blog.

Her skill set of education, certifications and experience is great for cross over athletes like myself. Aside from my personal training, Shawntell helped train me for my half marathons and open water swim races. And
