Leon Novak is responsible for the alliance relationships with financial partners and individual investors, as well as the overall leadership of the firm along with his two partners, David and Terry. Leon is also a founder and partner with Dimension Development Partners, LLC., a development arm of The Trilogy Group.
As a full-service provider of commercial real estate services, our focus is always on meeting the customer's needs. To achieve this, we offer a range of services including tenant representation, project leasing, investment sales, development services and marketing research. These services may be procured individually or packaged to meet the unique requirements of each client.

If I could give zero, I would. This is the worst complex I have ever lived in, the customer service is horrible, we have had multiple broken appliances for multiple months with no communication from the management. When we asked we were told to “be flexible” however we are expected to pay the full amount of rent every month on time with no exceptions. I cannot wait to leave and I will be sure to tell everyone about how our experience was. So disgusted with the service.

I have worked for Trilogy for 4 years! One big family here at Trilogy, Trilogy gives you all the tools to be successful. The thing I love the most about Trilogy, is they give you the ability to make decisions on a day to day when helping your residents. I have been very fortunate to work with a great Regional that continues to push me each day to grow to my full potential. I have worked with Trilogy for close to 7 years now and there is a reason behind it. Trilogy treats their team members like family and invest in their communities and residents. Team members are presented with endless growth options, are continuously encouraged to further their education and recognized more than any other company I've worked for. I'm living at The Pointe at St Joseph in a South Bend, IN and I believe I'm being generous by giving two stars! Maybe a year ago I would have given four stars. The rent we pay is for an apartment which is suppose to include the following: security, clean carpets, hot water, working TV's in the Club Room, copier in the Business Office and hopefully a quite and peaceful environment after 10:00PM. With all that said right now the garage door to the underground parking has been wide open for two weeks. Allowing for zero security!! There are street people found sleeping in the building, may I say not

I usually don’t leave reviews, but thought this one would be worth a read. I can’t tell you the amount of racism that I experienced with this company. I also can’t tell you how many residents left our community due to the operations and lack of communication with the manager. Our occupancy dived for all the wrong reasons, with the unrealistic expectation that the leasing team was supposed to fix things that were in managements hands.
