I used the Barry Group as a tenant to find an apartment in Boston, while located in DC, and during a pandemic nonetheless. My search had been incredibly stressful until I found Rebecca and the Barry Group, and I had a lease signed within a week. We recently contracted Garabed to help us rent our first floor apartment. He was absolutely amazing and did so much to help us. He came and took beautiful photos and a spectacular video including walking around the area to show candidates our neighborhood. He had his own sanitizing kit to clean everything touched and brought us amazing candidates and always showed the utmost professionalism.

I had been using a long-time Beacon Hill rental brokerage to try to get my apartment rented, and after 6 weeks of no applications and poor service I reached out to Skip at the Barry Group, and he had 6 showings set up within 24 hours and an application submitted within a day after contacting him.
