I have loved every moment of my time renting from Street & Co. Everyone is courteous and professional, and issues are addressed immediately. This is hands down the best agency I’ve ever rented from. I will happily rent from them in the future and recommend others do so as well.

Never move into a building that is managed by Street & Co!!! They are lazy and incompetent. We have had several issues which they did absolutely nothing about. We are currently dealing with a RAT issue and they have not been helpful and have caused us an extreme amount of stress. They are not properly taking care of the condo building which has turned into a wonderful place for rats to live in. Every building will have its share of issues and you expect them to be properly dealt with in a timely fashion, yet that will not happen when dealing with Street & Co. Condo associations are wasting

NEVER EVER EVER!!!

Stay Far away from this company... JIM FAY is by far the worst landlord of all time.
I feel I need to warn people because it was THAT bad of an experience.

1. We had a mold problem in our apartment. Serious mold problem.
Jim ignored the problem completely and refused to do anything.

2. During the winter (this winter especially) had a TON of snow. This resulted in a major leak in our roof. Jim refused to fix it.. and claimed "oh we need to wait until winters over" Once winter ended... we asked him numerous times to fix it. He then replied and said.. "I will

I second everything that Danielle M. says about Street & Company, and in particular Brooks Porter. Stay away at all costs.

I lived at a building managed by Street and co. for one year. Our landlord, I'll call him V.A., had been incredibly derelict in the most basic duties and when emergency services were required (e.g. plumber to fix multiple clogs/leak from outside/etc), he passed the buck. Or, he acted like we were imposing by making the plumber's bill out to him for services he is required to fulfill within a certain timeframe as guaranteed by tenant/landlord laws.

Enter this "management company." While we were never offered more than one key, the management company felt it appropriate to give

I have lived in a building managed by Street & Co, specifically Jim Faye, for close to one year. And I am resigning for a second year. The apartment is reasonably priced. For the area it is actually a total steal, and its adorable. Neighbors are all kind and responsible, and I honestly have no complaints about Street & Co. Every time I have had an issue, Jim has responded promptly to my e-mail and usually has someone in to fix the problem that very day. I really couldn't ask for anything more. The main indicator of a good landlord, property and management company is the turnover in

Horrible Horrible Horrible

When i moved in the apartment there were a few issues with the place. Made a list and sent it to JIM FAY. Took him over a month to get a missing floor board repaired. Windows had a lot of air gaps and the apartment froze over. Jim promised storm windows in September, he finally got it in DECEMBER..4 months later. Asked him to fix a broken door-bell on Sept 1st, still not fixed, its april 17th. He takes 2 days to reply to email.

In a summer sublet apartment managed by this company in Beacon Hill had bed-bugs. When i asked to get a exterminator, he said that I had to

I have lived in a building managed by Street & Co. since September 2007.

Sure, crazy things happen in old Back Bay brownstones but each and every time I have had an issue with my unit or the building, Street & Co. has been nothing but helpful and Mr. Porter usually responds to my e-mails within a few hours.

I am nothing but pleased with Street & Co. I will continue to rent from them until I find a place to buy!

Cheers!

HORRIBLE COMPANY with rude, incompetent and angry employees. They have lost my rent check for the past 2 months (that makes twice already!). I then get accusatory voicemails from the company regarding my "delinquent" rent. This is absurd. When I try to call them to figure out what happened, the lady who is in charge of processing rent checks has the biggest attitude and chip on her shoulder. I am an honest person who has paid my rent on time for the past seven years. I find it extremely offensive to be accused of not paying my rent every single month when it is their company that is in
