Lauren is absolutely awful. We applied to a listing of hers with our agent and she went completely silent without the human decency to give us a response. We went above and beyond to try and communicate and make something work, with no response whatsoever. She completely violated the real estate code of ethics, not to mention had discriminatory and negligent actions that were in violation of the Fair Housing Act. How dare we actually know our rights and renters? We have also reached out to Marc who is the owner of the firm who has also completely ignored our attempts. Obviously these actions are

Lauren really helped us get to know the area and was a huge help during our apartment search. She was very responsive and set us up to look at several apartments that were exactly what we were looking for, meeting all of our requirements. I've rented two different apartments with Lauren and the red brick real estate team and have always found them to be knowledgable. I have a few friends who have also rented through red brick real estate over the years and have always had great experiences. They understand what a pain it can be renting in Beacon Hill and have made it easy.

I used to rent an apartment from a landlord who used Red Brick. He was represented by Marc Marsan.
Marc came by the unit once to take a look at the unit for something when my lease was nearing renewal. I liked the unit, didn't love it, and was considering moving. I asked Marc if he had any units he'd recommend.
Marc recommended that I stay in my current unit, because he thought I was getting a great deal.

I found my current apartment with Lauren at Red Brick. I came to the open house and Lauren was so friendly and helpful as we explored the apartment and submitted our application. Throughout the rental process Lauren was supportive and we're so grateful for her help! Would definitely use Red Brick again.

We had a pretty horrible experience with this company during our recent move. Not only did our broker make us feel like we were the ones being inflexible because we had to move-in at 8 AM on the scheduled moving day (a totally reasonable, rational request in all my years of moving apartments), but she also neglected to inform us that only one set of keys would be available for us on the day of our move. We understand that things happen, but the least they could have done would've been to inform us of this so that we could have planned accordingly. Beyond that, she also did not even have the decency

My husband and I had just about given up hope on finding a place in Beacon Hill (which was by far or top choice of neighborhood) that wasn't the size of a shoebox and astronomically expensive. Enter Lauren and Marc from Red Brick - and we now live in our ideal apartment, in our ideal location, with enough space for us, our new puppy, AND to entertain our guests. I had a really great experience with Marc & Kelly. They found me a perfect new home - quiet, peaceful, & wonderful location.
