Services
The herbal pharmacy stocks hundreds of varieties of Chinese herbs, including raw herbs, powdered herbs, patent formats, tablets, capsules and liniments. The herbal pharmacy fills prescriptions for the practitioners as well as for many licensed practitioners in the local area. The goal is to provide high quality, high purity and effective herbs at a low cost to our patients.
We are now a preferred in-network provider of Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, United Health Care( GEHA, UMR, Guardian, United health One, Pacific Care, and Great-West etc) and PHCS/ Multiplan. We will verify and file insurance claims on your behalf if your insurance plan covers acupuncture. We will do all the paper work and also follow up to make sure your claim goes through.

I was pleased with Dr. He. I chose not to return and see a different acupuncturist, but that wasn't because of Dr. He. I was highly disappointed in the lady that worked the front desk and was in charge of verifying insurance and payments. Even though I gave her my insurance info 2 weeks in advance, she never verified it. Therefore, I got charged the full amount she would charge insurance on my first visit, which was more than if I came in without insurance. I was told that once she verified the insurance, I would get a refund. I probably called 5 times to inquire about my refund and each time

Hubby and I tried to have second baby for over a year but nothing happened. Some of my clients suggested me to try acupunture then I found dr. He. Sure enough, I'm pregnant after a month and half of steady treatments with dr. He. I can't say good enough about this doctor. I'm still going to him for allergy, back pain, headache, etc....

I still get the Piyen Chin drops not only for myself but for those with allergy, eye, or nose issues.
Today there was a new man there, Chen (unsure of spelling) and he was wonderful. I love the lady that is typically there, too, I know her face, just not her name. She usually always answers the phones like she did earlier today, and she has been there for a while.
I am getting over allergies, plus bronchitis, plus laryngitis. Today they offered me bronchial support tablets, and again, so far, so good. I am improving with them.
I can never say enough good about this
