Upon embarking upon my career as a reproductive acupuncturist, I became concerned about my own fertility and put myself on a healthy preconception plan 6 months prior to trying to conceive - and as a result became healthier and now have 2 amazing children to show for my efforts!

As a reproductive acupuncturist, I have seen time and again that patients need support on a physical and emotional level. When I discovered the Organic Conceptions program I was excited by the product and the potential it had to help my patients make progress faster. Over time I have become a Certified Organic Conceptions Coach and am proud to offer this product to my current acupuncture patients.
Acupuncture needles are tiny - one may feel a slight pinch when the needle goes in, sometimes followed by a tingling sensation or a dull ache, which then subsides. People are usually pleasantly surprised at how minimal the sensation is from an acupuncture needle, and most people find acupuncture deeply relaxing.

Misty is professional, sincere and innONE word AMAZING! Her space is clean, comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend her for acupuncture. I used her years ago when I was embarking on my IVF journey and ultimately had my son, years later I’m back for round 2. I wouldn’t try again without her help, I strongly believe my success was positive I affected by working with Misty!

Misty is the best. Hands down. I'm on that infertility train, and as much as it suuuuucks, she's such a bright light along the way. I always look forward to appointments and leave feeling relaxed (which is what I need, man). She also has excellent resources (chiro, infertility doctors, etc) that also adore her too!

My husband and I have been patients of Misty for about a year. During that time Misty helped us sleep better, control our allergies, and lead healthy lives. My husband was skeptical of acupuncture at first, but now he swears by it. Even though we are not currently receiving treatment, due to Covid, we are continuing to use Misty’s prescribed routine of acupressure to help keep our bodies in balance. I started acupuncture as a skeptic who was willing to try something new while trying to conceive. I have come to really enjoy my appointments and have absolutely seen a positive impact in my health and overall well-being after practicing with Austin Acupuncture Studio for several months. Misty is such a professional!
Before I came I felt stressed and exhausted. And after 3 months of acupuncture I felt completely different person. I almost stopped grinding my teeth, I feel much better.

Misty is the BEST! I started acupuncture when I had women's health issues that my doctor couldn't solve with medication. Within 6 weeks, Misty had resolved the problem. Misty has also continued to support me through the last year and a half of IVF. Her whole health, whole person, patient-centric care makes acupuncture one of the best parts of my week (even though I hate needles). She is very knowledgeable and has been helpful with a whole host of concerns, from trouble staying asleep at night and managing acne to lower stress levels and fewer headaches. Misty rocks! She takes her time to listen to your concerns and addresses them in her treatments. I always leave my appointments with her more centered and in much less pain or discomfort. I have experienced treatments from at least eight different acupuncturist in Austin and Misty is hands down the best.

I have seen Misty for some time now and can definitively say she is the best acupuncturist I have ever been treated by. I always leave my appointments feeling relaxed and positive. Misty is not only a wonderful acupuncturist, but also an amazing human being. She's knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Both my husband and I have seen her for various reasons over the past couple years and we really don't have enough good things to say. Bottom line: Acupuncture with Misty is time and money well spent. We wish we could give more than 5 stars because she truly deserves it!
