I absolutely appreciate this business, they always do great work at a reasonable price, and the customer service is 2nd none. I always take my watches there to be sized/repaired batteries switched etc. and he fixes computers & cell phones too. If you have not checked them out please do you won’t be disappointed I promise you that!

Dropped my chain off for repair 12/22 and picked it up the next day. 30 days later I’m noticing whatever fake metal they used to mend the broken pieces tarnished the areas that were to be fixed. Not only is my whole plate ruined, the necklace is tarnished as well. Looks like a doo-doo brown. My chain and plate are REAL gold which these people apparently do not have. I’ve had this same chain for 11 years (got it for my 19th bday) and it’s NEVER turned. I’ll give them a chance to fix, but until then... BEWARE!

One of the good places to shop jewelry in Chicago. I took my mom here, who was visiting me from India. She liked the jewelry collection very much here.
