This apartment complex is terrible! Keep in mind if you are a visitor, they like to leave tickets on your car. I came here to visit my sister 2 or 3 times a week and will stay here for about an 1 hour to an hour and a half and they will leave a pink ticket on my car telling me that my car does not belong here. I am not trying to live here, but im a just a visitor. I am wondering why would they do that? I thought we were allowed to visit. I suspect therecould ve more to this story than meets the eye, it could be a nosy neighbor telling on me or something. And I dont even try to park on a reserved

Went to move out, owner claimed only painting was needed, charged 350 more dollars, expects it to be paid in 10 days? Yeah would not recommend.
Not counting the incompentent repair people, if your gonna charge a fee when we have pictures to prove the cleaning, at least do a good job on repairs, and not some teenagers work.
Btw, mircrowave wasnt broken. Could of been fixed with a lowes part if owner said to fix that and not worry on it.

The employees at the Ridge of Haysville are outstanding and very helpful. Stephanie and Monica always go out of their way to make sure all the residents are happy and the maintenance guys are always top notch.
All of The Ridge employees are friendly, helpful, they make me feel safe in my home and just absolutely outstanding.
I do not like doing things like this but the Ridge is an exception

This apartment complex is notorious for attempting to enforce policies/procedures that are not written in the contract that residents sign upon commencement of their lease. An example of this is when it comes to the topic of parking. The complex states one is not allowed to back in their vehicle when parking. This is not listed in any contract nor is it breaking any local laws/ordinance. However, this complex insists on using scare tactics example having vehicles towed when no contract or law/ordinances are being violated. Move in and experience yourself!

I have lived in 3 different apartments the past few years. I currently live here and I am very pleased. I've been here 2 years and plan to stay more. There has been a change in maintenance recently and I have to say fantastic move. The current staff really care about us tenants. They are always willing to go above and beyond. The only complaint I have is the about previous employees that are no longer here. Other than that this is by far the best apartment complex in a 5 mile radius. Move here! Let's be neighbors!

I have lived here for over a year now and I have had a great experience. I plan to continue here until I am able to buy a home or my needs change. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and the office staff are always friendly. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in this area!
