Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $1500. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.

Previously 5 stars. New management does not respond to emails or they give a vague "let me look into this". More dogs over the 25lb. Weight limit than small dogs. Tenants don't pick up after their dogs. It just lays there. Have lived here multiple years. Rent jumped Grounds not kept up. Miss the previous owners!

Would have 5 stars but I have a very big issue with the maintenance and how they tend to walk in without calling ahead or waiting long enough for me to even get to the door, there has even been an occasion where I had just gotten out of the shower and wasn’t dressed and they tried to enter after a single and very quick knock. If my roommate wasn’t there to answer they would have come up while I was not decent. I’d love to see a change where they ( or anyone else ) gives us a 24 hour heads up before coming, and not just waltz in if no one answers. What if they accidentally let out a cat or

I lived here for a whole year, I have been moved out for a year and I miss it so much! I was scrolling through my pictures and came across these beautiful (completely unedited) pictures of the little lake that brought me so much happiness! I definitely recommend these apartments. It was quiet, the area was clean and management was always kind and helpful. Thank you, MacArthur's Lake for being my first home in Wichita!

Horrible management. They seem friendly enough until it comes time for you to leave. They'll never pay deposits back and will try to rope you into paying an extra month. Do not recommend. Scam artists.
There isn’t a law stating a 30 day notice is required from a tenant. Before you guys try telling everyone what the laws are, check for yourself. That’s YOUR predatory scheme. Not a state law.
