Nice facility. Decent prices, but i wouldnt live there simply due to how much of a pain it is trying to deal with the office. I have family who lives there and everytime they call to get something taken care of its always, "do it online"or "we cant do that". Nope, i cant do that either.

Don’t fall into the trap of Lindsey Management! It’s AWFUL!! Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. If you have any kind of problem, they won’t fix it. The apartments are cheaply made and the noise is terrible. We called about 75-80 times because of the upstairs people and they did nothing about it because they couldn’t hear anything. They would always tell us to keep calling but it didn’t do any good. We’re out in March and we will never ever ever recommend this place to anyone. Again, don’t fall into the trap of this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!

Worst living experience I’ve ever had. Management is a JOKE. The apartments are cheaply made and it’s clear how quickly they rushed to put them up. Literally have spots in our carpet where we had to hammer down the padding because there are sharp parts poking through that we cut our feet on. Management does nothing about noise complaints. Have called so many times and asked to speak to property manager and I guess she is impossible to talk to. Asked the assistant manager to have the property manager call me back since she was “busy” and his response was “no promises”. Can’t wait until

I’d rather live in my car than renew my lease here. Filthy, disgusting apartment open movei-in. I still feel uneasy and sketched out. The construction is AWFUL and you can hear every sound/step/vibration from upstairs neighbors. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I don’t usually leave reviews, however I wish I would’ve known what I was getting my pregnant spouse and I into when looking for an apartment in Derby. While moving in, little things kept popping up. The apartment was NOT clean while moving in (but by God they wanted us to clean it before we moved out). Whoever lived there prior to us moving in, glitter was a product he or she liked. We found glitter throughout the drawers, cabinets, counters, and our DRYER (which we eventually had to just do ourselves). The toilet was running the day we started moving, and was not fixed (after 3 separate visits
