Overpriced and flat out lied to us about the rent. I was told as long as I turned in my papers on time, the price if rent wouldn't go up to follow the local rent rise. On move in day- when you get your keys, they told me it was $50 more expensive every month. This happened twice- when I first moved here and when I upgraded to a larger apartment, so I know it wasn't just a communication error. Staff is weird.
The manager, Angela, video taped my husband's coworker when he was working on his car outside, assuming he was loitering or something.

Lived here for 6 months. BEWARE. Never had more rude management in my life. Especially from Angela. Units are way overpriced, parking is completely clustered to the point you have to park way away from your building, trash is always overflowing , can hear everything through the walls. There was a point I had a maintenance issue and the guy acted like he wanted fight me upon arrival. These people only care about getting the most money they can, I couldn’t even get my deposit back because the “cleaning fee” was 500 dollars. Just save yourself time and stress. Go somewhere else.

Way overpriced for what you get. Cheap apartments for a luxury rate. WALLS ARE VERY THIN. Parking is a nightmare. Office staff gets frustrated when asking simple questions, the head lady is rude. They will totally scam you out of your security deposit. My fiancé and I were charged a $100 cleaning fee even though I know for a fact we had deep cleaned that place, bleach, vacuum, scrubbing, scrubbing and scrubbing. A $60 “painting” fee was also charged when we did not hang a dang thing. DO NOT RENT HERE. Greens and Trails are the same company but if you have to pick between the three just try
