We booked three rooms through their website, made the deposit, and after 24 hours we received an email saying our reservation was canceled. Upon calling to try to resolve the problem the lady refused to meet us half way. She claimed it was a “computer booking error” and offered absolutely no consideration and point blank said it’s canceled and there’s nothing they will do. The way she ended the conversation was “I’m going to hang up on you now, goodbye.” I’d take your business elsewhere.

Quick check in. Very close to Telluride's gondola. Gave great recommendations for lunch and dinner.

I truly do not know why there are so many bad reviews for this hotel. It's very cozy which is perfect for a place like Telluride. Is it a large fancy hotel? No but it is perfect for a nice, comfortable place to stay. I recommend it!

Spend more money somewhere else. Thin walls, window to my room wasn’t even closed when I got in, no thermostat in room, probably haven’t updated anything since the 70’s with the exception of the TV. Checkout at 10, wouldn’t do a late checkout either, housekeepers still came at 9 knocking on the door. Shower was the size of NYC apartments. I’m honestly going to stop. I wanted to like this place but overall it wasn’t worth the savings. I can’t believe there are any reviews above a 1.

An eclectic mix of toggle and decora light switches with some that are off in the on position. Bonus points for the previous occupants who unplugged the bed lamp, presumably to plug in a cellphone charger.

Was very clean, no microwave so that was a down fall. No ac. Beds hard. The atmosphere was nice and was very clean. No breakfast. Staff super friendly. Beautiful updates. Wish the fireplace would have worked outside and be nice to have the ice machine was more execrable.

The rooms are fine. The beds are rock hard and there is no A/C or air flow, but there are some fans in the bottom drawer of the dresser so that helped. The rooms do get very stuffy, so leaving the windows open is almost a must. This means you’ll get all of the street noise and noise of the other guests.
Breakfast is advertised as “We don’t serve the typical, boring continental breakfast here; instead, you’ll enjoy freshly baked muffins, cinnamon rolls, old-fashioned oatmeal, low-fat yogurt, and a selection of cereals and beverages.” - it’s just mini muffins, yoplait, and coffee.

It was so bad I really don’t know where to start. For a room, even in Telluride, is was a small spartan room that was missing the basic amenities. No shower soap, no tissue in the box.The room was of the quality of a motel 6 or less.
While they say in their website that there is on site management, they don’t tell you it’s only during day hours. When you need something at off hours you are out of luck. Trying to get ready in the morning we discovered the soap problem as well as a hair drier that didn’t work. Office was locked so I called the number listed. I later found out I was talking

Great location close to everything. Easy parking. Nice room and breakfast bag you should get the evening before or wait until 9am. It was warm until after dark and no AC which is normal. We kept getting up to open the door to let more cool in than just the windows. But they could have told us there were window fans in the bottom dresser drawers. Second night was much more comfortable.
