Jim Brown, Property Manager-in-Charge and his wife, Margot, began vacationing in Hilton Head Island in 1994. After purchasing a rental home in 1996 they found that management from the larger rental companies felt impersonal. After moving permanently to the island in 2004, they began a small short term rental business with a strong focus on customer service.
