ForeShore currently has just under 250+ properties under long-term rental management in Bluffton, Okatie, Hardeeville and on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Full Management - Annual Agreement, 11% of the rental amount per month or a $150 minimum per month.

ForeShore's preference is to not have a house on the For Sale market while we have it rented. However, when the owner makes the decision to list the house, ForeShore cooperates with the Realtor and tries to make the best of the situation. We do ask that the Realtor put the lock box at the house instead of on the door.

I have been renting through Foreshore since 2019. They are the best! Brandee is the best Property Manager I have ever had. She is kind, helpful, goes above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I have. I couldn't ask for a better rental company and with Brandee everything has been pleasant. Definitely the best rental company I've dealt with.

Samantha was very friendly and professional at all times. She quickly responded to all questions and concerns we had. We ultimately did not rent from the company because we finally found a home to buy in this crazy real-estate market. They quickly returned our deposit minus the cancelation fee because we did sign a lease.. If we ever need to rent in the future we would use foreshore rentals. Ask for Samantha to help you find your property she's the best.

We have been using Foreshore on our condo rentals in Bluffton and HHI since 2013. We have been landlords for over 35 years. Foreshore's service is fantastic! Multiple times we have experienced service from the staff as well as Brian that was above and beyond reasonable expectations. Always willing to go the extra mile for us. Their tenant screening has been better than our own in our apartments at home! You can't pick a better service provider.

Top notch professionals at the Fore Shore. We moved to Bluffton on a whim and Fore Shore not only found us a place but never hesitated to welcome us as one of the Family. Where can I start... Brian Tierney and Josh McCoy these two saved my thanksgiving. The week of thanksgiving my stove in my house messed up and it was no way it could have been fixed. I called up and let them know I sent pictures in less then 4 hours he called me back and said we will have you a new stove by tomorrow. They did just that. This company is by far the best in THE LOW COUNTRY!!!!! If I could leave 10 stars I would... I am so glad that I found this rental company... I highly recommend them. They really value their Tenants. We used Foreshore to manage our property for a couple years while we lived out of state and their attention to detail, consistent communication and responsiveness to any of our questions was outstanding! We highly recommend ForeShore for their professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty. We had to rent a house when we first moved to Bluffton and despite meeting with several property managers, we immediately felt comfortable with them. The property was as described, regular landscaping and other scheduled maintenance happened on time, and our questions were answered in a swift manner. We took excellent care of our rental and got 100% of our security deposit back. They are a class act - and we highly recommend them.
