My wife and I own a home that we leased out and PMP was our manager for more than 7 years. In that time period, we had a very good relationship with all of the staff. They found qualified tenants very quickly and never once did we have reason to consider eviction of anyone.. The house was properly maintained and communication was excellent. They offer a wide variety of services to handle anything a landlord will require. We would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking professional quality management.

Dishonest!!! They are lying to attempt to keep our security deposit, and have refused to fix multiple safety hazards in the home, including a very leaky roof!! We have had to get our attorney involved!! Very rude employees and very high fees. Do not rent from them!!!

VERY DISHONEST and CROOKED! DO NOT use this company!!! They lie about EVERYTHING and are not concerned about the properties that are entrusted to their care. I could write a dissertation expounding upon the MANY wrongs we endured while faithful tenants of this management company. If you want to stay clear of having to take this company to court, then do not utilize this company! There are others in Bluffton. And might I add, the Staff at this Bluffton location are VERY Disrespectful!!
