I appreciate the extra effort she puts in to every customer to make sure we are satisfied. And I especially appreciate the time she takes to remind customers when their payments are due!!! Bought a laser level (basic) w/o all the components for $50 was marked at $65.00. Thought I was getting a decent deal and BAM I’m walking through harbor freight and the same level system WITH ALL COMPONENTS was right there on the self for $27.99. So I called the Cassat store where I bought it and was told it is what it is all sales are final.
Asked the guy so it’s a problem if people juke your company but y’all can do it and it’s all good.
So in other words take your business somewhere else that’ll actually treat you right
