Aaron and Jennifer were outstanding to work with on a custom engagement ring and custom wedding band to complement. Starting with just a couple rough sketches I had given to them, they were able to produce exactly what I wanted with a couple improvements, as well. Hands down the best place in Jacksonville for custom jewelry!

I can not give enough wonderful accolades to Aaron and his team at Elements Jewelry. They are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I have gone in a number of times for repairs and they take wonderful care of me. The items have purchased from them are one-of-a-kind, special pieces, but priced right! 5 stars is not enough!
For my 40th anniversary I partnered with Elements to create a ring for my wife. I chose Elements because they are local, do custom work and EVERY google review was 5 stars. I partnered / colloborated / teamed with Jennifer and Aaron, as we worked to define and refine and design and create a beautiful ring. Over a couple of months, we exchanged emails and phone calls, and I visited them in-store. Without them I would have ended up with a catalog ring from a jewelry store change. Instead I got a ring that is custom designed and beautiful. They listened to my ideas. I trusted

Elements Jewelry, Inc. is amazing!! I brought in a platinum diamond wedding set and anniversary band. I was really anxious about the idea of leaving the rings there at the jewelers for a couple of days while they worked on it. Not so much because they were there at the jewelers, just because they weren’t on my hand & it felt empty. 😭

Elements Jewelry absolutely knocked it out of the park with the engagement ring and wedding bands I had made by them. Literally from the ground up they built these rings with amazing quality. You will never go to any store and buy off the shelf what they can do. Every part of the ring has my fiancé and myself in it. It wasn’t the ring that made her cry with joy, it was hearing the story of designing the ring and all its details specifically for her. I recommend them 11/10 for all of your jewelry needs!

If you are looking for a meaningful and unique experience, this is your place!! My fiancé and I were looking for a knowledgeable jeweler to create our perfect engagement ring for us. After several meetings with various people we found through google, I (thankfully) found Elements! Immediately I knew they were the people I wanted to work with! When ya know, ya know.

Honestly, where do I start? My now finance purposed to me on July 4th and when my eyes first met with the diamond I was blown away. The ring was perfect. The clarity of the diamond, the cut and the design of the ring was breathe taking. Also, it was elegant, and it fit perfectly.
