Faith Jewelers was started in 2004 by Gwen and JR Strickland in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville. Gwen has worked in the jewelry industry for 25 years, and JR is a retired K-9 officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Since then, the business has grown to include their son, John-Frazier, who handles our custom jewelry design; Ms. Brenda Nichols, a jewelry sales professional and Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America; and Mr. Chaka Ridges, a master bench jeweler and goldsmith.

To insure that your jewelry pieces remain treasured and beautiful for as long as you own them, Faith Jewelers offers expert jewelry repair at a very reasonable price. Our onsite master jewelers and goldsmiths are experienced with stone-setting, casting, sizing, jewelry refurbishing and heirloom restoration, all done in our state state of the art, onsite repair shop.
Our graduate gemologist appraises all pieces on the premises. Items can be appraised for insurance replacement value, estate evaluation, and fair market value. We understand that your pieces of jewelry, whether family heirlooms or new pieces, are cherished items. While your items are with us at Faith, they are completely safe and insured under our insurance policy.

I was shopping for a very specific type of diamond earings. The staff at Faith Jewelers took the time to educate me about the history the diamonds to ensure I was to getting exactly what I wanted. When the diamonds arrived they again took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various settings.

Faith jewelers is fantastic! My friend recommended this place and I had a fantastic experience! They were welcoming, kind, patient, and extremely helpful! I told them exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in less than a half hour! Gorgeous jewelry, I’ve never seen anything like it! Took everything in me not to buy everything in the store! Gorgeous selection, with so many pieces to choose from. This will be the ONLY place I’ll buy jewelry from, and I will recommend all my friends to go there as well!

It’s not often you can find both sales AND service, but you’ll definitely get both at Faith! First time there and I was so impressed. I took in my ring to get it re-sized and their prices were very affordable. It only took 2 days and I had my ring back on my finger, super quick service. Also, included with the resizing was a cleaning and they made my ring look brand new! She said I can come in as often as I like to get it cleaned for free! Thank you Faith Jewelers!
