Curious Cubs is a class structured for those who are too "curious" for our Little Lions program. The class still includes the basics of our Little Lion Program but incorporates more tumbling, exploring and of course using their curiosity in a positive manner.
Our Curious Cubs age appropriate self-defense and stranger danger training are also important parts of our program, with a focus on communication, child safety skills and conflict avoidance training.We use plenty of positive encouragement while instilling self discipline and developing better concentration.

Our Hapkido program is crucial to those who are very serious about learning the concepts of real world self-defense. In this program students will learn how to utilize their body to create maximum power with minimum effort. Understanding the strengths and weakness of your own personal self and that of your opponent and being able to walk away from a dangerous situation in the safest way possible are some of the principles taught in Hapkido.

Koryo Gumdo is a beautiful and powerful Korean martial art, mixing traditional (Kumdo, Kendo, Aido) and modern sword martial art techniques, cutting techniques, self defense and sword forms.
Our small class sizes make it easier to focus on the individual child and their progression of skills. They will learn the basics of tumbling, beam, vault and bar. Here at the ATC Monkey Gym, our goal is to let the child develop their skills at their own pace and to use their energy towards developing strength, balance, body control and coordination, all while having fun!

I've been going to ATC for the past several months and I'm totally addicted. I've loved martial arts for a long time, but haven't had the time to really become involved - Tat Wong's flexible schedule (mornings&evenings during the week + classes 7 days a week) makes it really easy to find a time that works.

My sons have been attending for over a year. They love it. Compared to other TWD centers, they have a large facility. The instructors are talented in working with younger kids. They focus on listening skills and character building in addition to learning martial arts. The owner is a Grand Master.
