DO NOT RENT FROM PPM! All the “staff” especially Amber are inconsiderate, Rude and unprofessional. The apartments have VERY VERY thin walls and are not worth the monthly rent. The neighborhood is loud 24/7 and dirty. If I could rate them a zero I would!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I would not recommend renting through Pinnacle Property. Super unorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Paying rent is extremely inconvenient for the tenants. Why not make it an option to pay online rather than having to get a money order or write a check just to drive it across town.. I lived there for almost 2 years and never missed rent and never was late. Be aware that they will not notify you of late or missed payment and will straight up serve you eviction papers. Happened to me and now I have that on my PUBLIC RECORD for 7 years. They do not

I’ve been renting with Pinnacle for years. Mike is the sweetest and is always looking out for my best interest, even in tough times! There’s always a friendly face in the office when I have to go in for anything. I’m glad I found them because before I did, I was moving all the time!

My parents have been with this company for years and there have been constant negligence from this rental company. If I could give this 0 stars I would. They put in an order for a new refrigerator and it had been 4 WEEKS since they’ve requested the fridge. Food keeps going bad because the best we can do is a cooler and money is getting tight in a pandemic. Do not come here.

My girlfriend just took over a sublease and pinnacle has been giving her a horrible time. Nobody informed her how the paying rent process goes, nor the sublease take over process and not to mention THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Very unprofessional business and I’m not even sure how they’re still running.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Moved into University Terrace with two other roommates. First month one roommate didn’t pay his share of rent. Instead of calling us and giving us the chance to pay they served an eviction notice. I was able to pay the back rent and court fees, and after months of headache they only evicted the one roommate who didn’t pay. The apartment/complex was also infested with roaches. Cobwebs and debris covered the staircases. Propper maintaince was never done.
Upon move in we had to pay a $1120 security deposit. I moved out in August of 2018. Never received my security

I had my jeep break down on me (normal everyday life situation) I called Chonda to let her know I would be late paying rent due to me getting a new form of transportation., she tells me they are gonna file eviction on me on the 21st WHATTT!!! I'm not behind on my rent, great tenant! It's still may!! How can u evict me for telling you (very respectful) I'm gonna be late pay it on the 30th with late fees. I'm living with termites, they came to spray Russ pest control, took them a month to get here, I was paying rent for a apartment I wasn't living in at the time due to termites. I was extremely patient

**I would strongly suggest anyone who has had problems with this company file a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. It is clear they are participating in shady business practices with the intention of taking money from residents and I don't want that that to happen to anyone else!
This Company participates in some pretty deceptive business practices. Their rent might be a little lower, but that is for a pretty good reason. Management will almost exclusively communicate through phone call in order to allow some plausible deniability on their part.

I have been renting from this property management for going on 6 years now. When i tell you i love them... I LOVE THEM!! It’s not one time i have call them for anything and they didn’t come through. They are the best.. HAND DOWN!! 1. Responds quickly to my emails... 2. Very professional 3. Always nice and pleasant over the phone... and everyone that works for them..down to the maintenance people.. are nice and professional and make sure they don’t leave you until the problem is resolved!
