What comes to mind when I say excellence in leadership? Lead by example, top grade effort, competency, no excuses. When the time comes I need to hire a leader who puts in minimal effort, is lazy, incompetent and full of excuses I’ll go ahead and call epm to see who they recommend! Whoever put in word for the current manager should be ashamed of themselves. Failure is right in line with minimal effort. I was sent 1 letter which I never got ahold of and despite having my email and phone number; two other methods of contact, the manager MADE THE DECISION to be lazy, unprofessional and never attempt

BED BUGS!! There was an instance where someone in my apartment complex got BED BUGS and Eastern Property Management did not inform anyone, so if you was to get beg bugs from someone else's apartment, oh well, YOU pay out of pocket for the extermination even when EPM knew you were probably not the source of the problem.
NEIGHBORS!! The neighbors are loud and extremely nosey. Had issues where neighbors had physical fights right in front of the apartments.
MANAGEMENT!! Eastern Property Management will take anyones word that you are doing something that is prohibited under the leasing agreement

The Eastern On 10th has been a wonderful place to live! The move-in process for me wasn't completely smooth but after that i have had no issues living here. Maintainence fixes things quickly, the property is always looking nice, and the leasing office is very helpful. The common areas are a nice place to have a few friends over and cook and eat meals in. The bedrooms are very spatious with your own bathroom and pretty good sized closet. Each unit has their own lock on their doors and on each bedroom so I feel safe living here. My daughter’s mother have been an issue about a neighbor lately and very little have been done but when complaints been about our apartment we been addressed. My daughter’s mother can’t even let her kids come outside to play due to the neighbor have 2 sometimes 3 pitbulls go outside back and forth often without a leash. We be looking for a place together hopefully soon so she can leave there.

Jenna and Lauren are really good people. Love them to pieces. They have literally helped me every step of the way and have been very patient as well. Overall the neighborhood is great and I have yet to have issues. Been here for two years straight and I don’t want to leave so far. Definitely recommend ❤️

I haven’t yet moved in but from the experience with how they carried themselves through the whole process has been amazing, they were very patient at the leasing office.I wish they could have been a little fast at processing my information because I lost an apartment because of it but that’s just me being a little salty. They did offer me another apartment on gables east which I gotta say I’m pretty happy with! My move in date is soon. I would love to give it 5 stars as soon as I experience the living there

This is the best rental company I have ever rented from no questions asked. The ladies in the office are so nice and very pleasant. I have a huge family, 17 people in my family. The office manager was great in helping me in getting them within a 3 block radius.2 apartments in the Gables on Brownlea,and 2 apartments in Riverwalk. Love that they worked to help keep my family together.

The service was really fast, they inspected the water heater and found out it was faulty and changed it with a new one within the hour. From the report to the new water heater it took one hour. Very fast service the best I’ve ever seen. I thank Eastern Property Management for the fast response time.

They do a good job working with you as far as if you're behind on bills and having a nice selection of locations. My main complaint is they do a poor job enforcing their noise violation rule which actually would work out given having a small child I shouldn't be woke up every other weekend only to be told if I want to get away from that I can transfer to another apartment. That's not taking care of an issue. Next year if I'm better situated I'll definitely move elsewhere
