Walk to ECU! Just six blocks from campus, Wesley South at East Carolina is the perfect location. Enjoy the college experience with the privacy of a small community. We're also just minutes from Uptown Greenville and close to shopping and dining. These apartments are great! They are spacious with nice carpets and plenty of closet space; and you can't hear your neighbors, which is always nice.
Riverfront living close to campus! Located along the scenic banks of the Tar River, Ashton Woods at East Carolina offers an intimate environment while being just minutes away from ECU, shopping, dining, and the downtown area. If you plan to bring your pet along, you can take advantage of the off-leash dog park only two blocks away.
Enjoy the private atmosphere of the country in the middle of the city! Situated near University Commons, Brookfield at Lynndale offers easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment. And we're only a short drive from Pitt Community College. Come home to Brookfield at Lynndale! If I could recommend any location in Greenville again, I would only suggest Pitt Property.
Just across the street from the ECU Student Recreation Center, Campus Walk at East Carolina's location cannot be beat! Also enjoy a short walk to some of Greenville's best shopping and dining, including Uptown Greenville. Campus Walk at East Carolina offers convenient student apartments! The staff is great.
The first step in renting an apartment at any of our locations is to complete an application. You can apply online above. Once we receive your completed application, we will begin processing it. At that time we will perform a criminal background check, credit check, employment verification, and rental verification.

My experience as a resident of Wesley South (managed by Pitt Property Management) has been great! The management team has amazing customer service and they always take the extra steps to make sure us residents are happy. The maintenance team always responds to work orders in a fast and timely manner. I highly recommend you consider Pitt Property Management the next time you’re apartment hunting! My husband and I moved across the country from Portland, OR so that I could attend East Carolina University's School of Fine Art and Design for my MFA in Metal Design.
The move itself on our end was extremely stressful and I was trying to rent from 3,200 miles away, which I found to be extremely difficult until I emailed Pitt Property Management. Jessica Luvender (like Lavender, but with a U!) responded immediately with apartment availability, fliers, applications and a sample of rental terms and property rules.
Many if not most apartment offices aren't open on weekends, and I was so grateful

Wow. Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service. We rented with Pitt Property Management from January 2008 until June of 2012. Jessica L., has been the most wonderful and helpful manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Jessica went above and beyond to resolve our tiny issue, and she made it a point to keep checking back with us. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. I highly, HIGHLY recommend renting with PPM.
